faulty or damaged goods

Our products are fragile in transit and it will be deemed to be acceptable by the Customer if there are 1 or 2 broken tiles among the Goods delivered. Often you can use these tiles for cuts. 

Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced as quickly as possible, at no additional charge. We may ask you to provide photographic evidence of damages and we do ask that you inform us promptly of any faulty or damaged Goods. Please see our terms and conditions on this. No claim can be made once tiles are fixed.

unwanted or over-ordered tiles

Due to the cost of haulage and the increased risk of the tiles being damaged in transit, Collinson Tiles Ltd do not offer a returns policy. We have a sample service at minimal cost to ensure you are 100% happy with your choice of tiles made. By requesting a sample, you have the opportunity to see the product before making the bulk purchase.

following cancellation of the order

If you cancel your order within our timescales you will be entitled to a full refund of the order value, but you will be liable to return the goods to us in an acceptable and re-saleable condition, ensuring that they are not damaged in transit. It will be your responsibility for any cost incurred in returning the Goods and packaging them for transit.

We cannot collect any Goods on cancellation, but you can bring them to any of our showrooms.

Special Orders (or Goods not generally stocked by the Seller) are not refundable and are non-returnable unless we can agree prior to ordering the Goods.
